At Rila Probiotics our philosophy is based on the traditional Bulgarian ways of fermenting yogurt with starter from the two Bulgarian bacteria – Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus Bulgaricus. This symbiotic pair and milk are our only ingredients–no fillers, no starches, no sweeteners, no preservatives, no additives or flavorings of any kind.
Our traditional Bulgarian recipe creates maximum benefit from minimal ingredients. In today’s yogurt market we see the Bulgarian starter culture listed as an ingredient of most yogurt products but it is too often combined with unnecessary additional ingredients. This is why our goal is to bring Rila Probiotics to you in as little steps as possible.
